We are pleased to announce the release of the latest changes to the Google Analytics data source component. It now supports the Data API, incremental loading, and configuration rows, and it has a simplified UI.
We've added to the list of transformations and to the list of workspaces a description placeholder with a link in case the configuration was created from another one (a transformation created from a workspace or vice versa).
This information is also shown on the sidebar of the detail page for the transformation or workspace.
Grouping transformations into folders is now even more useful when selecting or searching for a specific transformation. For relevant inputs, you will see the folder name along with the transformation name, allowing them to be easily distinguished (i.e., when they're named similarly).
As another folder improvement, you can now select all transformations from the same folder by checking only one checkbox.
There's a new option to run component configuration jobs in parallel.
Changelog posts (including this one) are now published directly in the Keboola Connection platform header.
Project and organization selectors are now merged into one, while the branch selector is now separated from it.
We've added a new panel on the PAYG dashboard to help beginners with their first steps toward creating a project. It will show your current progress and tips for next steps.
You can now edit your descriptions in overview lists without having to switch to a detail. For simple descriptions, an inline editor will open when you click the edit icon. For longer descriptions, or a description that contains Markdown, a modal will show.
Did you know that besides KBC user interface implements slick visuals it also aims to improve it's accessibility and your experience with it?
For example when changing name of configuration (works on many more places too), instead of moving your cursor at the check mark icon you can simply confirm the change by pressing an enter on your keyboard and therefore speed up your interactions a little more.
